Survey: 85% Of Americans Think Email Thank You Suffices

Is the hand-written "thank you!" note a thing of the past? Most of America thinks so!

In fact, 85% of Americans think electronic messaging has replaced the "pen and paper" reply.

This is according to a survey by Cricket Wireless.

The results show that most Americans think the proper protocol to thank friends and family for gifts this holiday season is through email or even through text messages!

1,022 consumers were surveyed in this study.
