Montgomery County police are working with the Department of Homeland Security and Chinese officials to try to get 25-year-old Yee Tak Sharon Kui returned to the United States to face child sex abuse charges.

Kui was a teacher at the Frost School in Rockville, which serves students with special needs. She is accused of inappropriate sexual contact with a 15-year-old autistic student.

Court documents say she visited him twice at his home while his parents were away at church. The parents discovered sexually charged text messages and notified officials at the school and police.

His father, Ron Harding, spoke out at a news conference with police to let other parents know there could potentially be other victims.

The boy has only been attending the school since June.

Kui fled the country after school officials began their own internal investigation. Police say two days later, she was on a plane to Hong Kong.
