PHOENIX (AP) - One man is in custody and Phoenix police are searching for two other suspects in a robbery and hit-and-run case.

Phoenix police say 22-year-old Claude Glover was arrested Friday.

Officers received a call at 1 a.m. about two people robbed by three men at a west Phoenix convenience store.

At the scene, officers found a third victim who says she was robbed a few hours earlier by the same robbers.

Police believe the robbers lost control of their vehicle, crossed oncoming traffic and crashed it into a wall, seriously injuring two women near 23rd Avenue and Campbell.

While authorities were taking witness statements, the suspected robbers drove past the original crime scene and passed officers in a heavily-damaged vehicle.

The men later ditch the car and fled on foot before one of them was caught.

If you have any information on the two suspects, call the Phoenix Police or Silent Witness.
