CASA GRANDE, Ariz. -

An alleged burglary suspect was arrested after one of the stolen items were found in his pockets on Tuesday.

A man reported a suspect had stolen a cell phone, shotgun, computer, televisions and a remote control airplane from his home in the 34000 block of West Solano Avenue, outside of Casa Grande.

During their investigation, Pinal County sheriff's deputies say they had reason to believe 34-year-old Juan Manuel Barajas Cervantes was a suspect.

They went to his home in Casa Grande and spoke with Cervantes, who said he didn't know anything about the burglary.

According to Sheriff Paul Babeu, Cervantes seemed surprised to find two cell phones in his pocket.

The second cell phone displayed the first and last name of the burglary victim on the screen.

Cervantes claimed he had no idea how the cell phone got into his pocket.

Babeu says more stolen property was clearly visible in the back seat of a sedan in the driveway.

Cervantes was taken into custody and booked on charges of burglary in the 1st degree, trafficking in stolen property, possession of a stolen property, criminal trespassing and misconduct involving a weapon.
