Santa Ana Police Seek Help in Homicide

Posted: Updated:

Police in Santa Ana are looking for witnesses to a murder that happened back in January of this year.

Jaime Zaragosa was in a parking lot at 718 First Street  just before 9 p.m., on January 20th when an argument broke out  with one of the people he was with.   As a result of that dispute, Zaragosa was stabbed in the upper body and died at the scene.

Now detectives hope someone will come forward to shed some light on the crime.  They are looking for anyone who might have been in the area at the time and saw something that could help, or anyone who has information about the crime to call them on their tip line: "Orange County Crime Stoppers" at 1-855-TIP-OCCS.

Individuals can do so and remain anonymous. Orange County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 CASH for any tip that leads to an arrest
