2 Police Officers Hurt After Patrol Car Crashes In Philly

PHILADELPHIA -

Two Philadelphia police officers were hurt Wednesday afternoon when their patrol car crashed into the front porch of a home in Hunting Park.

The crash occurred around 2 p.m. on the 4100 block of North Fifth Street.

Authorities say both officers were taken to Temple University Hospital, but they are expected to be treated for minor injuries and released.

SkyFOX over the scene showed the patrol car came to rest against the front porch of a home and sustained significant front-end damage.
