Tony Perkins moves to nights; Steve Chenevey rejoins FOX 5 Morning News

Tony Perkins has announced that he will be moving from the FOX 5 Morning News show to become co-anchor of FOX 5 News at 5pm and 10pm.

Perkins is the currently the co-anchor from 7am to 10am weekday mornings. Tony had previously served as the morning weather personality for the show and as the co-anchor for the program's 9 o'clock hour.

He rejoined the FOX 5 family in 2006, having first been a part of the team from 1993 to 1999.

Steve Chenevey, who previously worked on the FOX 5 Morning News show for nine years, will rejoin the morning team as co-anchor.

Tony’s last day on the morning show will be Friday, October 25. He will start in his new position on Monday, October 28 at 5pm.

Steve’s first day with the morning crew will be on November 4.
