LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. -

Deputies say a suspect wanted for stabbing a man to death turned himself in on Thursday.

Lake Havasu City Police found 23-year old Brandon Bonnett lying dead from apparent stab wounds at a home in the 1800 block of S. Rainbow Avenue around 5:30 a.m.

According to officers, an argument between several people at the home led to a physical fight between Bonnett and 25-year-old Jonathan Noel Kroll.

During the fight, Bonnett was fatally stabbed and a 19-year-old woman got cuts on her leg from trying to intervene.

She was taken to a hospital, treated and released. Bonnett was pronounced dead on scene.

Kroll allegedly fled the area on foot.

About seven hours later, Kroll turned himself into the police department lobby with family members.

He was booked into the Lake Havasu City jail on charges of second degree murder and aggravated assault.
