SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. -

Police in Sandy Springs are searching for a gunman who opened fire in the parking lot of a shopping center overnight.  Investigators say it happened outside a restaurant.

According to witnesses at Tailfeathers Restaurant & Piano Bar on Roswell Road, two men got into an argument inside, but it was broken up.  Later, the two men continued to fight outside the building, but they were again separated. 

Police say the victim was walking to his car when the suspect came up behind him and fired several shots, hitting him three times. 

The victim, who has been identified as 22-year-old Rodriguez Price of Union City, was rushed to the North Fulton Hospital and was listed in stable condition. He is expected to survive.

Police say the suspect got away in a black sedan on Roswell Road headed south toward I-285.  He is described as a heavyset black man who is 5'9" to 5'10" tall.
