4th Biker Charged; Another Speaks Out About NYC Road Rage Incident

Posted: Updated:

There was another arrest this morning in that case of motorcycle road rage in New York City. Police have charged a fourth biker for punching the driver of a SUV in front of his family.

Police say that the fourth motorcyclist arrested is 29-year-old Craig Wright. They believe he delivered one of the first punches to the driver of the SUV. He will most likely be arraigned today.

This latest arrest comes as another biker speaks out about what happened that day.

He says the whole incident could've been avoided if the driver of the SUV would've done just one thing.

"He should have just apologized and stopped and said, ‘I'm sorry.' We would have probably forgiven him," said Castaldo.

Louis Castaldo insists that the biker who slowed down his bike in front of the SUV did so after the SUV knocked someone else off their bike more than 50 blocks earlier. He says the riders tried to calm the situation down when suddenly the SUV plowed into one of the riders. Castaldo says they didn't want the SUV to hurt anymore people. Castaldo claims that he and his group turned off before the beating took place.
