SEVERN, Md. -

Anne Arundel County police say a woman who robbed the same bank twice last month was arrested after trying to rob another branch.

Officers say a woman walked into the Bank of Glen Burnie in Severn shortly after noon on Saturday and gave a teller a note demanding money. But police say the woman left without getting money. Officers say the robber fled in a car and a bank employee got the license number.

Police say an officer saw the car a few hours later and authorities found the woman in a nearby apartment. Forty-seven-year-old Jamese Christine Queen is charged with attempted robbery in Saturday's crime, and the robberies of the Bank of Glen Burnie branch in Glen Burnie on Sept. 13 and Sept. 28.
