FOX 32 News has teamed up with no-kill shelter PAWS Chicago to bring you an adoptable pet each week. This week, we're featuring a handsome Jack Russell Terrier.
Buddy came to PAWS in June from the city pound after his previous owners could no longer take care of him. Buddy may be 10-years-old, but he shows no signs of slowing down.
Buddy is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and just received a dental cleaning.
He loves to go for walks and play tug with his rope toys. Most of all, Buddy loves belly rubs and will happily accept as many as you have to offer.
Since Buddy enjoys being the center of attention, he would prefer to be the only pet in the home.
This talented boy loves treats, and will even dance for one. He would love to complete an obedience class with his new family, and maybe even work on special tricks. Buddy is longing for a home of his very own.
You can meet Buddy at the PAWS Chicago Adoption & Humane Center in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.
