Race for Every Child will go on despite shutdown

This weekend's inaugural Race for Every Child, benefiting Children's National Medical Center, will go on despite the shutdown.

FOX 5 is proud to be a sponsor of the event.

Runners will hit the streets of downtown D.C. Saturday morning.

FOX 5's Allison Seymour spoke with one child and his family who have Children's National Medical Center to thank for so much.
