The Chop Shop's Unstuffed Pasta Shells Florentine

Get this recipe courtesy of Jane Bonanata from The Chop Shop in Birmingham. This recipe serves 8 people.

4 cups cooked medium pasta shells (1 lb)
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 egg
3 cups marinara sauce (or 1 jar of your favorite jar pasta sauce)
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, combine the cooked shells, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, spinach, and 1 cup of marinara sauce.  Spray a 9 x 12 foil pan with cooking spray.  Transfer contents of bowl to pan and spread evenly.  Top with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375F for 30-45 minutes.
