New Workout Technique: Hanging Upside-Down

Jenn Fred is at MLS Fitness in Haverford, Pa. The workout is not just a circus trick. According to the trainer, we sit all day at work, and our backs get all out of alignment. But when we do the workout by reversing and standing on our hands, we get blood flowing to the brain and helps relieve tension on the back.
