Heather Hansen On Good Day About Jackson Trial

Posted: Updated:

Michael Jackson's family attorneys presented final arguments on Tuesday in the King of Pop's wrongful death case.

The trial will determine whether powerful entertainment conglomerate AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray and is, therefore, liable in Jackson's 2009 death

"This case will be looked upon as a case of what happens when there's a conflict of interest between a doctor and a patient and someone else projects themselves into someone's medical care and treatment for profit, " Brian Panish, attorney for Jackson's family said. "We're looking for justice, not partial but complete justice."

Attorneys for AEG will deliver their closing arguments today. AEG claims that Jackson was the one who hired Murray.

Philadelphia Attorney Heather Hansen came on Good Day to give her expert opinion on the case so far. She analyzes the key arguments on both sides. According to Hansen, prosecution is arguing that AEG hired Murray, knowing that he was pushing Michael to take those medications. The defensive will respond that it was still Michael Jackson decision to take the medication.

Watch what she had to see in the video above, including how emails will be a key source of evidence in this case. In addition, Hansen also talks about how much of Jackson's future earnings the family will likely receive.
