One Parking Spot In Chicago Has Unique Distinction

Posted: Updated:

It's considered the "poopiest" parking spot in Chicago, and if you can't imagine why, well, just check out a photo.

"Everyone knows about it!" says Franco Gianni, a car owner. "I said, holy cr*p!!"

"Every time they have to poop, they poop on the car," says a little boy.

If you park your car overnight at the spot, you will find your car completely covered the next morning! there are so many bird droppings that it's impossible to count!

There are dozens of trees that line Stratford Place in the Boystown neighborhood of Chicago, but for some odd reason, all the birds come to one tree to sleep and do their business.

"There is no scientific reason why not the other one," exclaims Gianni.

A bird curator says there's a good chance the culprits are European Starlings. And he estimates that there are about two hundred of them responsible for giving cars a paint job.

Mechanics say that if you ever find yourself in this kind of situation, you should get a car wash.

"Over time it can eat through your clear coat repaint car," says a mechanic.

Because over time, it can damage your vehicle.
