New details released by medical examiners indicate the man who fell 65 feet from the top level of Turner Field wasn't injured before the fall.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office is still waiting on toxicology reports on Ronald Lee Homer Jr. and will be going over witness statements before they can classify the manner of his death.

Homer fell from the fourth level smoking area during the Braves-Phillies game on August 12th. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.

Medical examiners determined the man died from blunt force trauma.
