Four Atlanta firefighters injured in interstate crash

ATLANTA -

Four firefighters were rushed to the hospital after their engine was involved in an accident on Interstate 285.

A spokesperson for the Atlanta Fire Department tells FOX 5 News that Engine 38 was on Interstate 285 in Fulton County near Interstate 20 heading northbound when it was rear-ended.

Officials say the driver and three other firefighters were transported to Atlanta Medical Center with minor injuries.

Atlanta police are investigating the crash.
