Shih Tzu Puppy Reunited With Owner

PHILADELPHIA -

A Shih Tzu puppy accidentally left behind at a gas station is back home, safe and sound, and her owner is thrilled.

Little Lola jumped out of Natalie Morgan's van as her son got into it at the gas station in Marcus Hook. Surveillance cameras captured the mishap on Labor Day.

Natalie and her sons were in Newark, Del., before they realized Lola was gone.

Late Thursday night, the Morgans got the news for which they were waiting.

"Last night, I received a phone call from Upper Chichester Police Dept., and they were like, 'You can come pick up your Lola,' Oh, man, I ran out the door with one shoe on. By the time I got down the steps I realized I had one shoe on my foot," Natalie Morgan said, laughing.

Morgan says Lola is doing fine and seemed really happy to see her.
