Columbia home burned in early morning fire; family dog killed

COLUMBIA, Md. -

A fire on Forty Winks Way charred a Columbia home.

The blaze broke out around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Three people got out of the home. Two of them were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

A family dog did not survive.
