Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of raw unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  2. 1/2 of raw cacao
  3. 3 pitted dates
  4. 1 cup almond meal
  5. 1/4 cup goji berries
  6. 1/2 cup water

 Directions:

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
  • Scoop out and roll into little balls.
  • And then roll them in coconut flakes
  • Place in freezer for 3 hours and then enjoy!

 

Dangerous Eats:

BEAUTY: nuts, chips, soda no label

  • Avoid Salt: Snacking on salty chips, sodas and nuts at your party will make you bloat and dehydrate your body.
  • Instead look for a raw green salad, raw fruits and vegetables.
  • Look for foods without dressing and sauces.
  • You can even use fresh lemon juice on your salad instead of oily dressing!
