Pedestrian walks on red light, fatally hit by 2 cars

PHOENIX -

Authorities say a man was hit by two cars when he walked during a red light near Greenway Parkway and 16th Street on Saturday morning.

The man was reportedly walking, or running, against a traffic signal when he was hit by a car, flipped over it and then was struck by a second car before hitting the ground.

The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to authorities the man is 25-to 30-years-old, but had no identification on him.

The two drivers weren't impaired.
