DC last in safest driving city report

The nation's capital is dead last when it comes to the safest driving cities in America.

Fort Collins, Colorado took the top spot in the 9th annual "All-State America's Best Drivers Report."

Rounding out the top 5: Boise, Idaho - Sioux Falls, South Dakota - Brownsvlle, Texas and Madison, Wisconsin.

D.C. came in last place for the 6th year in a row.

The city was joined at the bottom by Baltimore, Philadelphia and Miami, Florida.

The report is based on all-state claims data and car collision frequency.
