NYPD probing raising of white flags at Brooklyn Bridge

The NYPD is investigating a major security breach at the Brooklyn Bridge, one of the most highly secured landmarks in New York City. Two white flags — international symbols of surrender — fluttered from poles on the stone supports that hold cables above the bridge connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan. The flags had a faint appearance of the stars and stripes. The American flags that are normally up at the bridge appeared to have been removed.

MESA, Ariz. -

There are lots of online competitions for babies, but one Mesa mom found one that is perfect for her son: Best "stinky face" -- and she was right, he won.

5-month-old Liam Keilbart is famous for his face.

"When he was born, he used to scowl a lot, said Liam's mother, Leila Keilbart.  "He wasn't upset, he just looked at you and stared."

And he just got better at making the faces.

"A stinky face -- as far as he goes, he just cocks his eyebrows up and down, then sticks his chin out and goes like that," explained Leila.

She found a stinky face contest online and sent in a picture.

"I knew he had a perfect picture and took a chance and he happened to win."

Liam beat out 400 other stinky face babies to win the title of best stinky face in the country and the title came with some prizes.

Along with the title and $1,000, the family got a new diaper pail and a box full of toys for little Liam.

Both parents were so surprised their son was the winner.

"I started crying.  I honestly did not think we would win.  I knew he had a great face, but there are so many entries.  You try, you know," said Leila.

There could be more Keilbart winners.  Leila and Chris are planning on having more children.

It runs in the family.  Leila's father won the most beautiful baby contest in his town in Italy.
