Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

You can breathe a little easier if your car is in the shop.

A mechanics strike that would've started Wednesday night has been called off. Mechanics at hundreds of dealers in the city and suburbs had threatened to strike when their current contract runs out at midnight.
