DC police release sketch of sexual assault suspect

WASHINGTON -

D.C. police are looking for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman Tuesday night.

Police said the victim was walking in the area of the 4200 block of Wisconsin Avenue in Northwest around 11:45 p.m. when an unknown male suspect approached her from behind, forced her behind a building and sexually assaulted her.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between 6’0”and 6’2” and weighing about 200 to 250 pounds. He is described as 30 to 40 years old and has a muscular build with tattoos on both arms.

Police said the suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt with writing on the back, possibly in Spanish.
