PICACHO, Ariz. -

Two men were arrested after a deputy found two fake credit cards and fake drivers licenses during a traffic stop on Wednesday.

A Pinal County Sheriff's deputy pulled a Jeep over on I-10, near Picacho, after he saw the driver commit a traffic violation.

Deputies say the driver, 23-year-old Hector Sandoval, and his passenger, 27-year-old Ruben Bustamante, were extremely nervous when stopped.

The men allegedly provided conflicting stories about where they were coming from, where they were going and whose vehicle they were driving in.

Both men told the deputy he could look inside the vehicle.

PCSO says the deputy found 12 Home Depot gift cards worth $250 each inside the dashboard and fake Pennsylvania driver licenses and two fake credit cards were hidden inside the passenger side door panel.

The fake IDs had pictures of the men with different names on them.

Deputies are continuing to investigate.
