DETROIT (WJBK) -

Dearborn police say they want to talk to two women who were customers at a Family Dollar store before an employee was fatally shot.

Police still are searching for another worker who has been missing since Monday night from the Family Dollar on Michigan Ave. in Dearborn. Twenty-year-old Brenna Machus of Romulus is believed to be in danger.

Investigators made an appeal for two female customers to step forward Wednesday. Police believe they entered the store around 7:30 p.m. Monday. Police also are looking for a suspect who was spotted on a surveillance video. He was wearing dark clothes and a hood over his head.

"They don't think robbery was a motive. There was some type of an altercation out behind her store. She went out back to find out what was going on, and they believe that's when she was abducted. After the abduction, they went in, they killed the cashier," said Jamie Machus, her father.

"One guy in particular kept making threatening Facebook messages to her. This kid used to come in and harass her at the store, and she'd have to ask him to leave or whatever because he was stoned."

Brenna's father said he does not recognize the man in the surveillance video.

"I'm scared because I know 48 hours is usually the maximum before they find the body," he added.

The body of 20-year-old Joseph Orlando was discovered Tuesday after employees found the store in disarray.
