A bond hearing was held Thursday for pro-gun-rights activist Adam Kokesh. He was arraigned via closed circuit television. He is being held with no bond.
Kokesh posted a video on July 4th showing himself loading a shotgun on D.C.'s Freedom Plaza, which is illegal on U.S. parkland.
According to court documents, police searched Kokesh's Herndon home on Tuesday and found hallucinogenic mushrooms.
He is facing 2-felony charges.
