Hearing In Washington On New Jersey Train Derailment

WASHINGTON, D.C. -

Tuesday is the first day of a two-day hearing in Washington, D.C., on a train derailment in Paulsboro, N.J., late last year.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating what caused the Conrail freight train to fall into the Mantua Creek and release high levels of vinyl chloride into the air.

State and local leaders will be at the hearing.
