PHOENIX (AP) - Charges have been refiled against a Phoenix man in a fatal hit and run crash three months ago.

Maricopa County prosecutors say 45-year-old Christopher Wakefield Chevalier is being held on suspicion of manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident.

His next scheduled court date is July 1.

Authorities say Chevalier is accused in the hit and run death of 41-year-old Ana Blaze.

Phoenix police say a red Alfa Romeo sports car jumped the curb on March 3, struck Blaze as she was walking with a friend and then left the scene. The mother of two died the next morning.

Following an investigation, police arrested Chevalier but charges against him were dismissed on April 2.
