Police: W. Bloomfield man, 75, missing since Monday evening

WEST BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJBK) -

Police say a 75-year-old man diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease hasn't been seen since Monday night.

Police tell FOX 2 Michael Jaffe was last seen around 7:15 p.m. leaving the Library Pub on Haggerty Road. Jaffe's wife says he planned on following a friend to his home to watch the Stanley Cup Finals. However, he was not seen after he got into his car.

Jaffe was driving a four-door 2012 Honda Accord with the license plate: CMN9677.

Anyone with information is asked to call West Bloomfield Township Police at 248-975-9200.
