Mango Madras
Tropical twist on a classic cocktail, the Madras (normally vodka, orange juice and cranberry juice is VERY easy and simple to make - only 3 ingredients.

  • 1 bottle of Cruzan Mango Rum
  • 3 liters of Clementine Juice
  • 2 cups of cranberry juice (or half a bottle)
  • Garnish: Floating orange wheels
  • If available, feel free to chop up some fresh mango too

Simply pour into glasses and garnish with additional orange wheel.
Lime in da Coconut
Akin to a Coconut Limeade, but it also has coconut water which has lots of potassium. This drink looks great in an Infusion jar!

  • 1 bottle of Cruzan Coconut rum
  • 3 bottles of Simply Limeade
  • 1 liter of coconut water
  • Lime wheels

Combine the ingredients in a large container with lime wheels.  Pour into iced glasses and garnish with a lime wheel.
TIP: While I am all about hand-squeezing fresh juices, these are some quick tips to get the most freshness out of a drink for a large group without having to dig too deep in your pocketbook.

Simply Limeade - fresh lime juice, sugar, water.  It's just a like a sour mix, but even better than the sour mixes you find at most bars. They also make a Simply Lemonade and Simply Orange Juice which are great cocktail mixes.

Clementine Juice - recently hit the market.  I love fresh Clementine juice, but to squeeze them - it would take about 5 of those to make one drink.  Best to buy this in the liter size and cheaper.
