Woman arrested in Stiletto heel stabbing of her boyfriend

Posted: Updated:

A woman has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of her boyfriend and homicide investigators say she used Stiletto-heeled shoes to attack him.

Ana Lilia Trujillo, 44, was arrested on Sunday before 4 a.m. at an apartment complex on Hermann Drive near Almeda Road.

The stabbing victim was later identified as Alf Stefan Andersson, 59, a research professor at the University of Houston biology and biochemistry department.

Patrol officers with the Houston Police Department arrived to the apartment complex in response to an assault-in-progress report. Police arrived to one of the units where Trujillo answered the door.

Officers found Andersson's body on the floor of the unit and detained Trujillo in order for homicide investigators to question her.

Homicide investigators say Andersson was stabbed multiple times in head with the high-heeled women's shoe.
