Beat the heat at Coyote Camp

FOX 10's Kristy Siefkin shows us how kids can beat the heat this summer at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort's Coyote Camp.

Counselors will lead campers through daily western-themed activities in their 1,500 square-foot camp facility.

Kids will be entertained with Arizona history, crafts, cooking with Executive Chef Ken, tennis instruction, three swimming pools, including a kids' pool and a sports pool, waterfalls, a lazy river for tubing, an 18-hole putting course, a 130-foot waterslide and tennis and basketball courts.

Campers will also get a kid-friendly lunch from the resort's Hole-In-The-Wall restaurant and healthy morning and afternoon snacks.

Full camp days run from 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. and are $229 per child, per week or $183 for select pro-rates weeks. Half days of 9 a.m. to noon and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. are also available for $105 and $140 per child, per week.
