Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Police South Detectives announced the arrests of three people, charged with slashing tires and damaging the paint on dozens of vehicles in the Graduate Hospital/South Philadelphia sections of the city.

Bianca Beck, 23, David Whitfield, 31, and David Baker, 29, were all charged with 39 counts of criminal mischief, 39 counts of possessing instruments of crime, and 39 counts of conspiracy.

Police say all of the vehicles were either keyed or had tires slashed. They say the suspects used knives and targeted vehicles in the area of 17th and 18th streets from Carpenter to Bainbridge.

Surveillance video of the suspects was released on Friday.  Authorities were originally looking for four people, including a man seen wearing purple.  However, they later said that individual is not a suspect in this case.

Investigators say the suspects live in the area of the crimes but would not release specifics.
