Josh Gad: I Used To Be Called The Queen Of Broadway

After years of co-starring and guest-starring roles on prime-time TV shows, Josh Gad hit it big on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning mega-hit "The Book Of Mormon." 

Movies and more TV followed, including stints on "The Daily Show" and most recently on the comedy series, "1600 Penn."  Josh will appear in the movie. "The Internship," which opens next week.  He joins Steve Edwards and Maria Sansone on Good Day L.A.

Fun facts about Josh:

  • Known for playing Elder Arnold Cunningham in the Broadway musical The Book of Mormon and the role of Ryan Church in the television series Back to You.
  • He then attended the Carnegie Mellon College of Fine Arts, where he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama.
  • Gad appeared as a correspondent on The Daily Show on May 5, 2009, and became a regular correspondent on June 2, 2009
