Boy, 12, Missing Since Wednesday, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia police say they're looking for a 12-year-old boy who has been missing since Wednesday.

Police reported Friday afternoon that Maurice Sorzano-Carter was last seen at his home on the 700 block of Brighton Street.

Police described the Maurice as being black, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with brown eyes, a light complexion and short black hair. He was last seen wearing tan pants and a navy blue shirt.

Anyone who might have information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Northeast Detectives Division at 215-686-3153.
