Couple Arrested For Upper Merion Break-In

Posted: Updated:
UPPER MERION, Pa. -

Police say they've caught a criminal couple in Upper Merion.

Investigators say the two, who have not told the cops who they are, broke into a home on the 700 block of County Line Road on Tuesday morning.

A neighbor spotted one of the two carrying a pillow case full of items out of the house and get into a car. She chased after them and called police.

Police believe the two may be wanted in other states.

"We believe that they are career criminals based on some of the initial findings, some of the burglary tools that we located and some other things," an investigators told DOX 29. "So, some more discovery is going to have to come into it. As I said, warrants did come up for them, but we're going to have to confirm their ID and go from there."

Police believe the two may be wanted in New York and New Jersey.
