Fourth arrest made in Monroe County double slaying

FORSYTH, Ga. (AP) - A fourth arrest has been made in a double shooting in Monroe County that left two men dead.

Sheriff's officials say a 17-year-old boy was arrested in the deaths of 36-year-old Russell Jacobs and 40-year-old Pittman Woods Thursday by U.S. Marshals.

Sheriff J.C. Bittick says authorities began conducting surveillance on the boy's relatives and found him at an apartment complex with his aunt - who was released from prison two days ago.

The Associated Press typically doesn't identify juvenile crime suspects.

Authorities have said Jacobs and Woods were found dead at their house by Woods' father on May 7. Officials say the slayings were a gang-related robbery and the suspects stole electronics.

Two men and a 16-year-old girl have already been arrested in the shootings.
