CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WJBK) -

Police say they've made an arrest in the murder of a Clinton Township father.

Clinton Twp. Captain Richard Maierle says Battle Creek police, with the help of U.S. Marshals, apprehended 20-year-old Terry Wilson, Jr. at a Battle Creek townhouse Wednesday evening.

Wilson is accused of murdering 24-year-old Willie Clark, Junior. Sunday at Prince Drewry Park during a Cinco de Mayo celebration on Sunday around 7 p.m.

Clark's best friends called 911 for an ambulance, but quickly changed their minds, loading him into a friend's truck and speeding to McLaren Macomb Hospital.  They knew they were running out of time.

"He wasn't responding at all.  He was foaming from the mouth and everything," Stephens said.

Clark was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Maierle says Wilson could be charged as early as this afternoon. He says others may be charged for as well for harboring a fugitive.
