Philadelphia police say a man was rushed to the hospital Tuesday evening after he was shot in West Philadelphia.
The shooting was reported around 5 p.m. in the area of 63rd and Arch.
Emergency responders tell FOX 29 the victim was reported to be in serious condition and was taken to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Investigators have not released the name of the victim or the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
