BOSTON -

Since Monday, "We are Boston.  We are strong," has become the message representing the people of Boston.  Bruins fans showed the world just how strong they are when they proudly sang the National Anthem before Wednesday night's game.

The Bruins hosted an emotional pregame ceremony before the puck dropped against the Buffalo Sabres.  It was the first game played in Boston since Monday's tragic bombings at the Boston Marathon.

The team played a video montage of scenes from the marathon on the Jumbotron, and then singer Rene Rancourt appeared to sing "The Star Spangled Banner."  But he only got about half way through the anthem before the crowd took the lead.

The video will give you chills.  Click on the player above to see it for yourself.
