TEMPE, Ariz. -

We're starting to hear a lot about the people who jumped into action to help anyone who was hurt after the bombs went off on Monday.

A group of runners in Tempe say one of their own was in Boston and helped.

Team Red White and Blue Phoenix chapter is holding two "Boston Marathon Attach Response Run's" at Tempe Beach Park Wednesday to pay tribute.

Members ran at 6 a.m. and will return to run again at 6 p.m.

Team RWB is a national veteran support organization. All the groups around the country are running with flags this weekend in honor of the bombing victims.

During the aftermath of the bombing, a Team RWB member can be seen in news videos taking his RWB shirt off to help bandage a victim.

FOX 10's Diane Ryan talks to the members about their support for Boston.
