STEVENSVILLE, Md. -

Hundreds of people from the Kent Island community in Queen Anne's County, Md., gathered for a candlelight vigil to remember four teenagers killed Wednesday afternoon in a crash.

Investigators identified the victims as 18-year-old Cory Passagno, 18-year-old Harrison Smith, 19-year-old Michael Ringenbach and 19-year-old Tyler Elzey.

The four friends were killed on Cox Neck Road on Kent Island when witnesses say Passagno's car took a curve too quickly and skidded into an oncoming car.

The 73-year-old driver of the other car survived, according to fire officials.

Elzey and Ringenbach were members of the Kent Island Volunteer Fire Department, which responded to the scene of the accident.

Hundreds of people filled the stands and track at Kent Island High School Thursday night to remember the boys who graduated from the school last year.
