Beer truck pulled from Manatee River

BRADENTON (FOX 13) -

Crews finally pulled a sunken beer truck out of the Manatee River on Tuesday.

The semi-truck wound up underwater last Thursday morning when the driver lost control on I-75 during bad weather. Kevin Dennison survived the crash with minor injuries, but the truck was a total loss.

The trailer -- bearing the name "Hofbrau Munchen" -- was removed from the water and loaded onto a barge.

The trailer was empty at the time of the crash.
