Today, we have a review for you… or rather, that may benefit you if you're the one who often ends up as the tech support representative for your parents and other tech inept computer users in your family. The product is the Telikin Elite and is clearly being marketed to senior citizens and any computer users who might count themselves among the technically illiterate and I have to say that I was quite impressed with Telikin's custom user interface, but will the price point be wallet friendly enough for you to shell out the dough so you'll end up on the phone less, answering those critical computer questions for your elder loved ones?
This is a long video, which really goes over all of the features, except the hardware specs, so I'll detail them here for you. The computer is built on what is essentially an MSI Wind Top All-In-One touch screen desktop. The spec list for those of you who pour over such things:
The Elite comes with free shipping in the US and 30 days of VIP support which includes US based phone support where they'll help you set up anything you need on the computer. For my conclusions, check out the video above. The Telikin Elite 20" retails for $999USD, but they also offer an 18" version for $699USD.
