The tolls on Georgia 400 will end on November 21, according the State Road and Tollway Authority.
Gov. Nathan Deal had announced last July that the tollbooths would be removed by December 2013.
The 50-cent toll was originally slated to end in 2011, but in December 2010, the state issued $40 million more in bonds that were tied to the tolls.
If weather does not permit the tolls to come down on Nov. 21, they will come down on Nov. 22 or 23.
