Although spring arrives Wednesday at 7:02 a.m., the temperatures outside will still feel more like winter.

FOX 29 Chief Meteorologist Scott Williams says below average temperatures will welcome in the start of the new season.

On Tuesday night, we can expect breezy and chilly conditions with isolated showers.

By Wednesday, the temperatures will only remain the 40s.

On Wednesday night, a weak system is expected to move into our south that could bring some light snow.
